Membership Information

• All memberships are on automatic renewal

• (4-week billing cycle)

• Memberships can start at any point during the month.

• Cancellation is allowed 24-hours before member’s next billing cycle.

In-Person Class Information

• Offering 75 + 60 minute classes.

• Complimentary mats and props are provided and are cleaned after every class

Livestream Class Information (coming soon)

• Participants will receive a zoom link via email one hour before class begins as well as a reminder 10 minutes before class.

• Participants who sign up after the beginning of class (up to 10 min), will still receive a link but may need to wait in Zoom waiting room before being admitted by teacher.
