About francesca
Born and raised in Roma, Viale Yoga started as a seed during my 20+ years of practicing and teaching yoga —- and as a way to deal with a chronic back issue.
I find inspiration in a practice that emphasizes structure and boundaries with the infinite possibility of freedom + movement and discovery for all.
Grateful always for the magical lessons of my teacher, Nevine Michaan at Katonah Yoga, and my dear friends Elian Zach and David Shemesh, with whom I co-created the Woom Center Yoga Method. Also cherish the support from “our cousin” studio, Souk in NYC and the inspiring Rima Rabbath.
After recent residences in Italy and Brooklyn, I now live in Northern Westchester with my man + co-creator of Viale Yoga, David, and our two boys, Benji and Giulio. Along with a weekly schedule at Viale, I leads trainings and workshops in the US + around the world.
