Asana and Sequencing: Understanding the fundamentals of anatomy, flow, and how to create a yoga class that encompasses a safe and fluid hour of practice. (building from the teachings of Sacred Geometry + The Katonah Method).
This will be one of four Viale Yoga 50 HR modules that I will teach over the ~next year (as part of a 200HR) and this initial first module will be limited to max 10 students. This training will be Yoga Alliance sealed.
